That's why DC City Council members Yvette Alexander (Ward 7), Kwame Brown (At-Large), Vincent Gray (Council Chairperson) and others voted to place a Main Streets program in Deanwood. Mayor Fenty has also lent his support for this unique business revitalization initiative.
